Detalii produs:Diametrul matritei: 140 mmDiametrul gaurilor: 6 mmGrosime: 28 mmSfaturi pentru a intretine matrita 140/6 mm:Cresterea duratei de viata a matritelor si rolelor in procesul tehnologic de realizare a retetelor furajere este posibila! Astfel este foarte important sa se tina seama de urmatoarele aspecte:Matritele trebuie sa fie rodate inainte de fi puse in functiune.Dupa rodaj sa se utilizeze materie prima fara silicati/nisip, pietre sau corpuri metalice. In acest sens, pentru eliminarea corpurilor metalice, este foarte benefica montarea pe fluxul tehnologic a unui magnet permanent.Materialul macinat trebuie sa aiba dimensiuni cat mai mici. Ar fi ideal ca diametrul gaurilor sitei morii cu ciocanele sa fie cu pana la 1,0 mm mai mic decat diametrul gaurilor matritei.Sa se realizeze o conditionare corecta a produsului inainte de presare, astfel incat sa se asigure o temperatura si o umiditate optima la intrarea in matrita.Sa se efectueze un reglaj corect al rolelor fata de matrita.Sa se realizeze curatirea gaurilor matritei atunci cand linia de granulare se opreste pentru o perioada mai mare de 2-3 ore. Acest lucru este posibil printr-un amestec de tarate, ulei (2%) si o pudra abraziva (2%). Este ideal ca inainte de orice oprire de productie, in matrita sa se introduca un amestec de malai sau de ovaz.
