Profilele tip UD prelucrate la rece sunt realizate din tablă metalică zincată. Acestea ajută la realizarea structurii metalice de susținere a plăcilor de gipscarton fiind utilizate ca profile perimetrale ale structurii.Profilul CD are secțiunea transversală în formă de U baza profilului are doua rigidizari intemediareProtectia anticoroziva realizata prin zincare asigura o mentinere a proprietatilor in timp.
